Dr. Brit Harmon

PT, DPT, CFNC, Women’s Health Physical Therapist | Functional Nutrition Counselor

Dr. Brit Harmon is a Women’s Health Physical Therapist and Functional Nutrition Counselor with a deep passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore strength, and feel empowered in every season of life. Her approach blends pelvic floor physical therapy with root-cause nutrition and lifestyle care to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Growing up in Pennsylvania, Brit developed a love for movement early, participating in activities like dance, soccer, tennis, and running barefoot through her swail. That connection to the body and nature continues to shape her approach to healing today. Her playful curiosity evolved into a clinical focus on how movement, food, environment, and daily rhythms shape long-term health—especially for women navigating the demands of modern life.

Brit specializes in treating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, hormone-related imbalances, and helping women return to sport. Her unique combination of manual therapy, individualized exercise, and functional nutrition counseling allows her to guide patients through healing that is both evidence-based and deeply intuitive.

As a mother of two and wife to Zach, founder of TruStrength, Brit is passionate about building a space where performance, healing, and longevity meet. She loves supporting women across all walks of life—from active moms and weekend athletes to those simply wanting to feel good in their bodies again. Her goal is to create a safe, empowering space where women feel heard, supported, and strong from the inside out.
